1.0 Refund Policy

    All payments made by the Customer towards this Agreement including the first BNPL processing fee and advance monthly, if any, is not refundable provided that the order is cancelled by the Customer in writing, prior to the installation of the Appliance. Upon receiving such request, Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd will process the refund as stated below:
    Mode of refund payment to the Customer via online transfer (fund transfer from bank to bank). The duration of refund period within thirty (30) working days.

2.0 No Transfer, Sublease, Resale or Rental of the Appliance

    The Customer shall not attempt to transfer, sublease, resell or rent the Appliance to any third party throughout the BNPL plan or the instalment plan, as the case may be. Loss of Appliance or attempts to transfer, sublease or resell the Appliance amounts to a breach of this Agreement which warrants legal action.

3.0 Cooling-Off Period

    A period of time after a sale contract is agreed during which the buyer can cancel the contract without incurring a penalty. Cooling-off period for any instalment plan will be seven (7) working days whereby installation will only be done after cooling-off period unless customer agrees to waive this clause.

4.0 Termination of this Agreement

  1. The Customer shall not terminate this Agreement prior to the expiration of the BNPL. If the Appliance is not returned to Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd, this Agreement shall remain in force and the Customer shall be liable to pay the monthly instalment in full until the expiry of the BNPL, as the case may be.
  2. Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd reserves the absolute right to terminate this Agreement at any time during the BNPL, as the case may be, by giving thirty (30) days’ notice to the Customer, and retrieve the Appliance under the following circumstances: -
    1. Poor environmental conditions, abnormal usage of the Appliance, transfer and/or sublease of the Appliance, unauthorized modification of the Appliance; or
    2. Breach of any other terms of this Agreement by the Customer.
