It is not possible. You must sign up as a member in order to make purchase.

If I have an existing AC instalment plan with Daikin, can I purchase another AC?
Yes. It's subject to your account credit limit.
Can I return a product or cancel a service purchased through this BNPL plan?
No Cancellation is allowed after cooling period. Please review the terms and conditions regarding return or cancellations to understand your options.
Do you have a cooling period for order cancellation?
Yes, there are 7 days of cooling period from the date of order.
Can I modify the BNPL plan terms after it has been initiated?
No, you cannot.
Can I switch from one BNPL plan to another with different terms?
No, you cannot.
How can I track my BNPL payments and remaining balance?
You can track your instalment plan payment according to your Bank Statement.
Can I pay full settlement or full amount for this BNPL plan?
Please contact respective bank for further details.
Service
Can I clean the air filters myself?
Yes, you are recommended to clean the air filter bi-weekly to enjoy clean and cool air.
What service is included in GoClean Air Cond Cleaning Service?
Air Cond will be maintained at 6 months intervals with Basic & Pro Packages Yearly.
How do I renew a service package upon expiration of contract?
Service Packages can be renewed yearly. Please contact Daikin Call Center for more details.
Is there a repair fee if the AC breakdowns?
Repair will be Free of Charge within the warranty period. However, this subject to Warranty Term & Conditions. Click here to view the Warranty Terms & Conditions.
Payment & Cancellations
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Buy Now Pay Later by Bank Credit Card only.
Are debit cards available for BNPL 0% instalment?
No. Debit cards instalment is not available.
Can I pay with cash?
We do not accept cash payments.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
No Return & Refund are allowed. Please review the terms and conditions regarding return or cancellations to understand your options.
Delivery
What are your delivery options?
Your AC will be delivered by our Certified Specialist on your Installation Date.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping usually takes between 7-14 working days. Please note that these estimates are general guidelines and may vary in specific cases.
How much does delivery cost?
Free of Charge.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only offer shipping within West Malaysia.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
It depends on the stage of processing your order. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, there may be a chance to update the delivery address. However, once the package is in transit, it's difficult to change the address. It's best to contact Daikin Call Center as soon as possible to inquire about any address changes.
Can someone else receive the package on my behalf?
Yes, you can authorize someone else to receive the package on your behalf. During the checkout process, you can add in the contact person details or specify a different recipient.
What happens if I'm not available to receive the package?
Please contact Daikin Call Center as soon as possible for installation rescheduling.
Installation
Will you dismantle and dispose of my old AC unit?
We will dismantle the old unit and return to you. There will be additional charges for disposal of your old AC unit.

Remarks:
*There will be extra charges if exceeding above mentioned specifications.
*There will be extra charges upon indoor installation that is more than 10ft height

How long does an AC installation typically take?
Estimated will take about 1 to 2 hours.
Can you install the AC in both residential and commercial properties?
We provide installation in residential properties only. Please gain permissions from your residential management before booking.
